How to Make Cherry Cream Dump Cake in a Slow Cooker
Aunt Lou here.
While Daddy is a peach pie filling fan (and well, anything with peaches), this girl here is a huge fan of anything with a cherry pie filling! So, I thought I would take our reader favorite (and Daddy favorite) Crock Pot Peaches ‘n Cream Dump Cake and try it out with cherry pie filling. And now you have this delicious Crock Pot Cherry Cream Dump Cake!
When I was making this recipe, Ryder (my seven year old) ran up and looked in the crock pot. His face lit up and said, “MOM! That looks goooooood!” I think he might like this recipe just a bit. 😉
This recipe is easy enough for a beginner cook to try, but a recipe that a tried and true cook will enjoy throwing together.
Here’s a little tip, you will want to make sure your melted butter is spread evenly across the top of your dry cake mix so that it will bake up and not all be just powder. Don’t worry if some little parts are still powder, it is still yummy. You just want the majority of your cake mix to have the melted butter poured over it.
And you can be sure that every single person in your house is going to love eating this decadent treat! This is one of those tasty recipes you will definitely want to share with your friends. So, just send all your friends over here to find this recipe and more! 😉

Since I am alone now, I downsized my crock pot to a 4 from the 6 quart. So now I had to adjust the recipe, we will see how it turns out. But I just had a dreadful craving for this. I love your videos. I can tell you get along.
