Aunt Lou here.
This momma’s been sick for days. I’m very fortunate to have a husband who has been taking good care of me and making meals while I have been down and out, but he’s back to work now and the family still needs fed. So what’s a recovering, but still weak momma to do? She creates a super easy recipe that will make the family happy! Whether you are super busy or super weak, I hope this recipe helps you out as much as it did me!

Ingredients for Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo Ravioli Casserole
- 1 1/2 – 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 16 oz jars alfredo sauce
- 25 oz bag frozen ravioli
- fresh grated parmesan cheese, optional
How to Make Chicken Alfredo Ravioli Casserole in a Crock Pot
- Spray your casserole crock or 6-quart slow cooker lightly with cooking spray (I used Cassie, my 9 x13 casserole slow cooker made by Crock Pot)
- Place your cut up chicken pieces evenly in the bottom of your crock
- Pour one jar of alfredo sauce evenly on top of your chicken
- Layer your frozen ravioli on top of your chicken
- Pour your remaining jar of sauce on top of the ravioli and spread evenly
- Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours
- Serve with fresh grated parmesan, if desired
Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo Ravioli Casserole Notes
- I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs because they were on sale. You could also use chicken tenders (to speed up the process of cutting into bite size pieces) or chicken breasts.
- If you have the time and want to make your own alfredo sauce, I have a great recipe you can find here. If you need a speedier way of making this recipe, I love the Kroger brand alfredo sauce or Bertolli.

- All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline and should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.

I am cooking for one. Can I cut this recipe in half? And if so how long would you recommend that I cook it?
I haven’t tried cutting this recipe in half. If I did, I would use a smaller slow cooker (either a 2.5 quart or 4 quart). With using fewer ingredients and a smaller slow cooker, the cooking time should be similar to the original recipe. As always, be sure to watch it closely the first time you make it so you can adjust the cooking time as needed for your specific slow cooker.
My picky eater loves this one!
Keri,
I’m thinking your picky eater and I would get along just fine doing some recipe planning together! lol I’m so glad you are finding recipes your picky eater will eat!

Hi ,I am wondering if you know if I could cook it on low for 4 to 5 hours instead of high ?
Just works better withmy schedule .
Looking foward to trying this yummy dish .
Thank you ,Stacey
Hi Stacey!
I haven’t tried cooking it on low yet, but if you do, let me know how it turns out! Enjoy!
Aunt Lou
What kind of ravioli did you use?
Hi Kirsten!
I used cheese ravioli. Yum!
Enjoy!
Aunt Lou
Do you think I could use frozen chicken tenders and just not cut them up? Would it change the cooking time at all?
Hi Pat!
You will want to make sure your chicken is thawed before putting it in your slow cooker. Also, I’m afraid the chicken wouldn’t get completely done before the sauce would start to crust up on the sides if you don’t cut them up. With chicken tenders, you could just cut them in half or thirds. Quick and easy! Enjoy!

I don’t have a comment as I haven’t made this recipe yet. I do have a question. I’m assuming that you use cheese ravioli. Is this correct? I did want to say that I stumbled on this website quite by accident and have made several of the recipes in my crockpots and pressure cooker. We have loved every one. I have shared the existence of this website with many people. Keep up the good work! Have a great day!
Hi Jennifer!
Yes, cheese ravioli. I’m so glad you found us and enjoy the recipes! You keep coming back, and we’ll keep cooking! 😉

Looks quick, easy, and delicious! Does the chicken need to be pre cooked?
Thanks ?
Hi Chrislin!
I doesn’t need to be pre cooked, but you do want to make sure your chicken is done before serving. Enjoy!
