How to Make Crustless Pizza for Two in a Crock Pot

This recipe is perfect for those who eat low carb and those who don’t. Yes, this recipe just so happens to be low carb. However, even the Sugar Princess (that’s me!) loves this recipe. You really don’t miss the crust when eating this. What is even better is that you can easily personalize this Crock Pot Crustless Pizza for Two with your favorite pizza toppings! What You Will Need for Crock Pot Crustless Pizza for Two
Ingredients Needed
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- Garlic salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Dried minced onion, to taste
- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (or more if you like extra pizza sauce)
- 2/3 cup shredded pizza blend cheese
- Your favorite pizza toppings
- Cooking spray
Equipment Needed
- Skillet and strainer (I love my on pot strainer!) or micro cooker
- Measuring cups
- Medium to large bowl
- Stirring spatula
- I used a 2.5 quart small casserole crock pot, but you could also use a 2.5 Quart Slow Cooker, 3 Quart Slow Cooker OR 4 Quart Slow Cooker.
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 to 15 minutes
- Cooking Time: 2 hours to 2 hours and 30 minutes on low or 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes on high (until the cheese is melted), rotating the insert halfway through the cooking time if your slow cooker does not cook evenly

Crock Pot Crustless Pizza for Two
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- garlic salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- Dried Minced Onion to taste
- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2/3 cup shredded pizza blend cheese
- Your favorite pizza toppings
Instructions
- Brown your 1/2 lb ground beef, garlic salt to taste, ground black pepper to taste and Dried Minced Onion to taste in a skillet on the stove over medium/high heat (OR in a micro cooker) and drain.
- Put your cooked seasoned beef and 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese in a bowl and mix it together.
- Spray your crock pot lightly with cooking spray. (I used a 2.5 quart small casserole crock pot, but you could also use a 2.5 Quart Slow Cooker, 3 Quart Slow Cooker OR 4 Quart Slow Cooker.)
- Evenly spread out your beef and cheese mixture in your crock pot.
- Pour 1/2 cup pizza sauce across the top and spread it out evenly.
- Top everything with 2/3 cup shredded pizza blend cheese and Your favorite pizza toppings.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-2.5 hours or 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes on high (until the cheese is melted), rotating the insert halfway through the cooking time if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
