How to Make Mississippi Beef Noodles for Two in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
You may or may not have noticed that we love a good Mississippi recipe. This Crock Pot Mississippi Beef Noodles for Two is absolutely delicious. You don’t have to take my word for it. Check out what a few of our readers have said about the original recipe:
Reader Deborah M. says: โI have made this twice now. Love it!โ
Reader Jon B. says: โThis was really great!!! Canโt wait to make it again!! Thanks for the recipe!!โ
Reader Nancy says: “Best beef and noodles ever!”
This recipe is also super easy. You just dump it all in and let the crock pot do the work. Since it is a recipe that does best low and slow, it is an all day recipe. If you are in a pinch, you can cook it on high for half the cooking time, but the beef will not be as tender as it would be, if you cooked it on low.
