How to Make Easy Smash Burgers on a Blackstone

Aunt Lou here.

My oldest has been begging me to make smash burgers, so I decided to give it a try, and these Easy Blackstone Smash Burgers absolutely live up to the hype! Everyone in the family absolutely loved them. From the flavor to the crispy edges to the juicy middle, these were a hit.

A few notes about making smash burgers. Yes, the patties are only 2 ounces each. You are going to smash them with your spatula (hence the name) so that they are really thin, and you will put two burgers per sandwich. That will give you a quarter pound of beef per sandwich, so they are really filling. Next, be ready to go when you start this. It goes super fast. I was smashing the 8th patty and immediately needed to flip the first. So, have everything you need right there before you put the first burger on. Lastly, dress these delicious burgers up as little or as much as you want. They are delicious either way.
