How to Make Easy Sherried Beef Manhattan in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

This Easy Crock Pot Sherried Beef Manhattan is an incredibly easy dump and go recipe. Since it can be prepped in just a few minutes and cooks all day, it is perfect for a weeknight meal. As an added bonus, this recipe is comfort food at its finest!

The non crock pot part of this recipe are super easy too. Once you slice up for your French bread, you can toast it in the oven, broiler or in a skillet, whichever sounds better to you. As for your mashed potatoes, you can make your own from scratch (we have quite a few delicious recipes here) or you can heat up your favorite mashed potatoes from the store. If you are looking for a recommendation, we love these. Then it is just a matter of serving this delicious meal!
