How to Make Good Gravy Pork Steak in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
This Good Gravy Crock Pot Pork Steak recipe is the next in the line of Good Gravy recipes. (You can find all of the Good Gravy Recipes here.) All of these recipes came about because of Momma’s brilliance in the kitchen. She used what she had in her kitchen and came up with a recipe that we all loved. The original recipe was for chicken, and we have used that base recipe to come up with a whole slew of delicious recipes.
Not only do the Good Gravy recipes all have incredible flavor, they are also super simple to throw together. This one is no different. It is a true dump and go recipe that takes just a few minutes to throw together, and your crock pot does the rest! You can cook it on low if you are looking for an all day recipe or on high if you want to put it on around lunch to have it for dinner. Either way, you will have fall-apart tender pork steaks with a “good gravy” that also tastes great over some mashed potatoes. Yum!
