How to Make Million Dollar Candy in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

I first made this recipe over a decade ago. It was a hit the first time I made it and brought it to a pitch-in, and I have received the same reaction every single time I make this. It is devoured quickly, and everyone wants to know the recipe. I wanted to make sure you, dear readers, know how good these are, so I decided to give it a name deserving of the deliciousness of this Million Dollar Crock Pot Candy!

When you are making these, please follow the steps of how I add the peanut butter and the almond extract. I don’t know the science behind it, but I know from experience that fully stirring in the peanut butter with the melted white chocolate (or vanilla candy coating) helps to keep the melted white chocolate from seizing up when you add the almond extract. I have learned this lesson the hard way so you don’t have to learn it yourself. You can save some money and take my word for it. ๐Ÿ˜‰
