How to Make Ham Green Beans and Potatoes in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

When I was a teenager, the mom of one of my friends would always make smoked sausage, green beans and potatoes on the stove in her pressure cooker. I loved when she made it. (Psst…if you would like to make that meal, you can find the crock pot, instant pot and stove top recipes here.) It has since become a favorite for my family. I was thinking the other day about that recipe and thought that it would be delicious with ham, so now you have this Crock Pot Ham Green Beans and Potatoes recipe!

I didn’t have any leftover ham in my fridge or freezer, so I bought cubed ham to make this recipe. However, if you have some leftover ham that you are needing a recipe for, I highly recommend this one. It is easy to make and is the kind of comfort food meal that takes you back to eating at your gramma’s kitchen table.
