How to Make Ramen Chicken Noodle Soup in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
There are times in life when money gets tight. It happens to us all. This Ramen Crock Pot Chicken Noodle soup is made for just those times. It takes a simple thing like ramen noodles and turns it into a meal for your family that doesn’t take much money to make, but gives them a flavorful meal to fill their bellies.
While this recipe is a great, low cost recipe, it is also just straight up yummy. This is not your normal, everyday ramen noodles you make in the microwave. It takes that simple packet and takes it up to a whole new level. You and your loved ones are going to love it!
This recipe is also great because it does not take long at all to cook! Your chicken is cut into small pieces, so it cooks up really quickly, and the noodles only take 5 minutes to cook up at the end of your cooking time. Bing, bang, boom! Delicious dinner!

Thank you. Looking forward to that beef creation.
Wonder what meat would be good and how long to cook if using beef ramen.
Hi Laura!
I haven’t tried anything with beef ramen, but love the idea. Let me try out some different combinations and get something up soon.

Hi! Would it be possible to use shredded cooked chicken, like from a rotisserie chicken? I assume it wouldn’t need much cooking time if the chicken is already cooked.
Hi Lisa!
I haven’t tried this with shredded cooked chicken, but love the idea! I am all about saving time and/or using chicken you already have made! Watch it closely the first time you make it to know for sure how you need to adjust the timing. You will want to give your water time to heat up and the seasonings to meld with your chicken, but not leave the chicken in there so long that it dries out. If you give it a try, let me know how it turns out!
