How to Make Chicken Tortellini Soup in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
I love the flavors of this Crock Pot Chicken Tortellini Soup! Better yet, it is easy to throw together! Ryder and Iyla went nuts over this delicious soup, and let me be honest, so did their Momma! Yum!
I was pretty sure this soup would be a hit since it was based off of our beloved Crock Pot Meatball Tortellini Soup. Honestly, it is a toss up which I love more between these two soups. I guess it would depend on if I am in the mood for (or have on hand! lol) chicken or beef!
If you are paying close attention to the pictures, you notice that the parmesan in the picture does not look like my normal fresh parmesan. We were camping, and I did not have my handy dandy hand held cheese grater, so I used a bag of shredded parmesan. It worked out just fine. This just goes to show that you can change up ingredients for what you have on hand.
