What’s a girl to do with pork chops staring at their expiration date and no time to run to the store? How about these Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops? Only three ingredients and so delicious!!!

I found a great deal on some boneless pork loin chops at Ruler and didn’t want to freeze them. So I knew they had to go in the slow cooker today. The problem was that Ryder’s schedule was off this morning, and he decided he wanted to try potty training today…and for you toddler Mommas out there (or Mommas who have been there/done that), you know you don’t look a gift horse in the mouth with potty training. We weren’t going anywhere. So I needed a recipe that had was simple with ingredients we had on hand.
I was immediately drawn to my ranch dressing packet since I love combining just about any meat with a ranch dressing packet. (Psst…If you haven’t tried these Crispy Ranch Pork Chops, you really need to…like this week. They. Are. Awesome.) But I needed some kind of moisture to add to it. So I started digging in my cabinets and lo and behold I had a can of cream of chicken soup! I love cream of chicken soup too, so why not give it a try!
Now I know that this is not the prettiest looking recipe, but don’t let that keep you away! These pork chops are yummy! If you want more gravy, add in another can of cream of chicken soup…it just might make it look prettier too!
Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops
Place your pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Sprinkle your ranch dressing packet over the top of your pork chops evenly.
Spread your can of cream of chicken soup over the top of your pork chops and ranch seasoning.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
And that’s it! Serve your delicious Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops over a bed of rice!
This was so quick and easy…it has become an instant family favorite here at the James’ house!
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1- 1 oz packet of ranch dressing
- 1- 10 3/4 oz can of cream of chicken soup
- Place your pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle your ranch dressing packet over the top of your pork chops evenly.
- Spread your can of cream of chicken soup over the top of your pork chops and ranch seasoning.
- Mix ranch dressing packet and soup together.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve over a bed of rice.
