How to Make Swiss Steak and Rice in a Slow Cooker

Aunt Lou here.

This Slow Cooker Swiss Steak and Rice is one of those recipes that you will want to make over and over again. It is so easy to throw together, and it tastes amazing. The ingredients all come together to give you this sweet and savory meal that delights your taste buds and fills you up. In was an instant family favorite in my home.

I made this with a boneless beef bottom round roast, which is also known as a rump roast. With cooking this roast low and slow, I wouldn’t be afraid to try this with whatever roast I could find that was the cheapest if another type of roast is on sale.
