How to Make 3 Ingredient Buffalo Pork Chops in an Oven
Aunt Lou here.
I do not even have the words to explain how big of a hit this recipe is in my house. These 3 Ingredient Buffalo Pork Chops are so incredibly good! I had this for dinner the first night and had to fight to be the one to get the leftovers for lunch the next day. I have had this just on its own, and I have cut up the pork chop to put it over a bed of rice with a drizzle of ranch dressing on top. Either way, it is absolutely delicious!
A note to all my people who are sensitive to spicy foods. I am one of you, and the way I make this recipe so that it does not make me feel like a fire breathing dragon is to pair it with some ranch dressing. That helps to cut the heat while still getting the delicious flavor. Plus, ranch and buffalo just go so well together!
(If this recipe sounds good to you, but you would rather make it in your crock pot, you can find the original recipe here.)
