How to Make White Queso Dip on a Stove Top
Aunt Lou here.
My family absolutely loves my Crock Pot White Queso Dip. It is requested often and made often. In case you haven’t seen it, I recently combined this dip recipe with two other recipes to make a delicious Crock Pot Cheesy Chicken and Rice dish. I highly recommend trying it out.
While I love using my crock pot (and use it all the time!), I know that sometimes you may not have time for a crock pot recipe. So, I thought I would see about converting this recipe into a stove top recipe. It is just as easy to make on the stove top as it is to make in a crock pot, so no matter which way works best for your schedule, now you can enjoy this amazing dip!
For the white American cheese, you can either get a one pound block or a one pound package of deli white American cheese slices. I generally use the deli cheese slices because I can get them easier than I can a block, and it makes it super simple to cut up quickly. However, either will work.
