How to Make Apple BBQ Pulled Pork in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
This Apple BBQ Crock Pot Pulled Pork recipe is one of my all time favorites. While the flavor of the apple butter always reminds me of autumn, we love this recipe any time of the year. It is a true dump and go recipe that cooks all day and tastes amazing. Another great thing about this recipe is that it makes quite a bit. That makes it so you can either feed a crowd, enjoy leftovers or freeze some of it for a quick meal later on.
When you serve this recipe up, I highly recommend serving it up on a delicious bun. We loved them on some sourdough buns, but you can use your favorite buns. If you are not a bun person, you can eat this pulled pork all on its own as a main, just like my daughter. However you try this pulled pork, I hope you enjoy it as much as we do in my home.
