How to Make Beefy 4 Bean Soup in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
I have been on a bean kick here lately. I have no idea why. I just like beans and keep having ideas of different ways to use them to make all kinds of different main dishes, side dishes, and, now, soup! I wanted a colorful and flavorful soup. So, now you have this Beefy Crock Pot 4 Bean Soup!
It doesn’t get much easier than this one. If you have used our Crock Pot Make Ahead Ground Beef and have some in the freezer, this becomes a dump and go recipe. I did not drain and rinse the beans so that the flavor from the juices in the bean cans add to the flavor of the soup. The combination of the flavors of the juices from the beans, the beef broth, garlic and onion give you a super savory soup to enjoy. (Psst…this soup is really good with some crusty bread. We had ours with this Easy Homemade Bread recipe.)
