How To Make Blueberry Breakfast Casserole in an Oven
Aunt Lou here.
Iyla said it all when she tried this amazing casserole. She took one bite, and her eyes lit up while she said, “Mmmmmmm!” I agree kid! I agree!
This recipe is the oven version of Cris’ Crock Pot Blueberry Breakfast Casserole. We love having different options for ways to prepare a recipe around here. So, now you can make this recipe in your crock pot or oven! There are advantages to both methods. While the oven recipe has a shorter cooking time, the crock pot one can be made on vacation and is also a great way to take this delicious recipe to a potluck.
I mixed together the ingredients in step 2 with a mixer. If you do not have a mixer, you can totally mix these ingredients up with a sturdy stirring spatula. When folding in your blueberries and nuts, you will want to do this party by hand to be easy on your blueberries. This recipe has a long list of ingredients, as do most recipe that are made from scratch, but it truly is a simple recipe. Whether you are a novice or expert when it comes to cooking, this is a recipe you can easily make and will definitely enjoy!
