How to Make Meatball Stroganoff in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
My dear readers, trust me on this one. You have to try this Crock Pot Meatball Stroganoff recipe! It is super duper simple to throw together, cooks quickly and is incredibly delicious! You are going to love it!
As you might have guessed, my family tries a ton of new recipes each week. Some recipes are favorites of mine and Michael’s while other recipes are favorites of the kids. This one is one of those wonderful jewels of a recipe that the entire family loved. The leftovers were fought over. It was awesome! Ryder was asking for leftovers for lunch and dinner on the same day! You can’t beat that!
If you have a picky eater (there are multiple ones in my house) that does not like mushrooms, no worries there! The mushroom slices are big enough that they can easily be picked out for those that don’t like them, but can stay in for those that do! Win win!
