Meal Planning on a Budget
Aunt Lou here.
This week we are going stay on budget while keeping our bellies full with casseroles. I think you are really going to enjoy Budget Meal Plan: Week 17. I have picked out some casseroles that are great and filling on their own or can be paired with a side depending on your preference and/or budget.
A couple of the great things about casseroles is that they are versatile and can be really hearty. This week we start with a Mexican-inspired casserole that tastes wonderful and has a nice crunch from the Doritos. That is followed up with a chicken casserole with lots of savory herb flavors mid-week. We wrap up the week with a wonderfully filling spaghetti casserole that is sure to please. So, even though you will be making casseroles all week, you will definitely not get bored with your meals or feel like you are eating the same ol’ same ‘ol every day. I hope you enjoy all these delicious recipes as much as I do!
