How to Make Chocolate Donut Bread Pudding in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
Oh. My. Word. This Chocolate Donut Crock Pot Bread Pudding is so incredibly easy to put on. It only takes 2 hours to bake in your crock pot, and the result is delicious! It is perfect for a treat at home or to take to a potluck. If you know anyone who loves chocolate, they will want you to share this with them, and I am guessing they will be asking for the recipe as well!
My family raved about this yummy dessert. First of all, this smells amazing as it is baking in your slow cooker. The chocolatey goodness aroma filled up my kitchen. So, this is your warning that you will be batting hands away from this until it is ready to serve. 😉 This reminded all of us of an incredible warm brownie when we ate it. (I highly recommend eating it warm.) While in the recipe the ice cream is listed as optional, this really does go perfectly with vanilla ice cream.
