How to Make Pork Chop Stuffing Casserole for Two in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

While the original recipe I adapted this Crock Pot Pork Chop Stuffing Casserole for Two from is one of our easiest recipes, it is also one of our tastiest and most loved by our readers. It is beloved for a reason. The flavors are amazing. It is super simple to make which is great for both seasoned home cooks who want a break and novice cooks who want a fool proof recipe.

For this version of the recipe, I have added paper towels or a tea towel under the lid. This simple extra step will help the stuffing not get too soft. When you put the paper towels or tea towel on top of the insert/under the lid, you want to make sure it is super tight. You do not want the paper towel or tea towel touching the stuffing. It is only there to catch the condensation.

(If this recipe sounds like something you would love to try, but you need more servings, you can find the original recipe with four to six servings here.)
