How to Make Smoked Sausage Macaroni n Cheese in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

If you love a creamy macaroni and cheese, then this Crock Pot Smoked Sausage Macaroni n Cheese recipe is for you! It is super easy to prepare, super creamy and super tasty. For anyone who is a fan of a creamy mac n cheese, this recipe is a dream come true. I know that it is technically a side dish, but we may have had it as a main dish a time or two. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I changed things up just a bit from Cris’ version of this recipe, but it still tastes just as good. While my macaroni was cooking, I prepped everything else in the recipe. That way, I could pour my al dente pasta into the crock pot as soon as I drained it and did not need to toss it in oil.

(If you would like to see the original version of this recipe from when Cris made it, you can find it here.)
