How to Make Doritos Beefy Bean Casserole in an Oven
Aunt Lou here.
This Doritos Beefy Bean Casserole is one of my family’s favorite meals. My picky eater excitedly told me, “Mom! This is one of the best things I have ever eaten!” That is high praise from a 10 year old that is rarely excited about any food.
Depending on what I have had available when making this casserole, I have used black refried beans, regular refried beans and a can of regular black beans that I took an immersion blender to. When using the black beans that I blended with an immersion blender, the resulting casserole is not quite as thick, but they still taste great. So, you can adjust this recipe to what you have available in your area or in your cabinets.
