How to Make Easy Chili Cheese Chili on the Stove
Aunt Lou here.
A while back, I Momma called me up and told about this awesome chili recipe she had come up with, and I decided to cRock it up. (You can find that recipe here.) The weather was pretty cool today, and I wanted some kind of chili. Then I remembered the Crock Pot Chili Cheese Chili and thought I would give making it on the stove a try. My family and I were all glad I did! It was so yummy!
If you are like me and have a large pot that you always use for chili that is not a non-stick pot, you will have to stir this more than you would if you are using a non-stick pot. The reason for this is because there is cheese in this recipe. So, if you let it come to boil without stirring it frequently, the bottom might burn, and no body wants that! 😉 However, with just a little attention for 10 minutes or less, you will have an amazing meal to enjoy with your loved ones!
