How to Make Easy Corn Casserole in an Oven

Aunt Lou here.

This Easy Corn Casserole for your oven is a recipe that has been used in my family for over 20 years. When we get together for a holiday or a big pitch-in meal (also known as a potluck if you are not from Southern Indiana ๐Ÿ˜‰ ), this corn casserole is definitely going to be on the table.

This recipe is great for someone who has been cooking for years or for someone who is just starting out. You don’t have to remember what step to add an ingredient. All you have to do is mix all the ingredients together and bake it. Easy peasy!
