How to Make Easy Hamburger Casserole in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
When I was a kid, I was always so excited when Momma made this recipe. It is just so good. So, I am quite happy to be revisiting this Easy Crock Pot Hamburger Casserole.
As you all well know, I love being frugal. I am all about saving money in any way possible. With this recipe, you do not need to use lean ground beef. It has three pounds in it, so you can definitely use the cheaper packages of ground beef. You can also use generic everything in this recipe. I always do, and it tastes great!
Reader Carolyn P. says: “This was so good! My husband said to add this to his list of favorites!…”
