How to Make Easy Pork Dinner in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

I love this Easy Crock Pot Pork Dinner. You have your meat and veggies all in one dish, and the only prep you have to do is slicing some celery and quarter an onion, both of which are pretty quick and easy to do. You do not have to worry about peeling potatoes or cutting them up, nor do you have to deal with peeling and chopping up carrots. I am all about the easy recipes that taste great, and this recipe is both!

I have tried making this recipe on low and on high. It tastes great either way. However, if you want the most tender pork chops, I would recommend cooking on low.
