I was looking for new ideas for a recipe and saw Cris’ All Day Crock Pot Chicken Leg Dinner. So it got me to thinking…what about a one-pot meal made with the thick center cut pork loin chops I had in the fridge? Worth a shot right? Absolutely! You are so gonna love this recipe. It is easy and a real crowd pleaser!

Crock Pot Pork Chop Dinner Recipe
Crock Pot Pork Chop Dinner
Ingredients
- 2 lbs thick cut boneless pork chops
- 1 oz brown gravy packet
- 24 oz bag baby potatoes
- 16 oz bag baby carrots
- 6 ribs celery sliced
- 2 onions cut into pieces
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 Cup Cooking Sherry or additional broth
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Place veggies in the bottom of your 6 quart slow cooker.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place your pork chops on top of your veggies and sprinkle your gravy packet on top
- Pour broth over everything
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours, for most tender results, cook on low
