Ingredients

  • 2 lbs thick cut boneless pork chops
  • 1 oz brown gravy packet
  • 24 oz bag baby potatoes
  • 16 oz bag baby carrots
  • 6 ribs celery sliced
  • 2 onions cut into pieces
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Cup Cooking Sherry or additional broth
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Place veggies in the bottom of your 6 quart slow cooker.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place your pork chops on top of your veggies and sprinkle your gravy packet on top
  • Pour broth over everything
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours, for most tender results, cook on low
