While I love using my slow cookers, as I am sure you do too since you are on a crock pot recipe site. However, we always get asked if we can make our crock pot recipes in the oven. This was one delicious crock pot recipe, so I thought I would give this Easy Taco Spaghetti Casserole recipe a try in the oven for evenings when you may not have time for a slow cooker recipe.

This casserole is easy to throw together, comes together quickly and tastes great. It is a great way to switch up spaghetti night. The ingredients combine to give you a wonderfully unique casserole you will want to make again and again.

What You Need for Crock Pot Taco Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients Needed

  • 1 lb lean ground beef, browned and drained
  • 8 oz thin spaghetti, cooked al dente and drained (half a 16 oz box)
  • 1 oz packet taco seasoning
  • 16 oz jar of your favorite salsa
  • 15 oz can refried beans
  • 2 cups taco style shredded cheese, divided

Equipment Needed

Time Needed

  • Prep Time Needed: 15 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, rotating your baking dish halfway through the baking time, if your oven does not cook evenly

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef browned and drained
  • 8 oz thin spaghetti cooked al dente and drained (half of a 16 oz box)
  • 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 15 oz Can Refried Beans
  • 1 cup taco style shredded cheese
  • 1 cup taco style shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix together 1 lb lean ground beef (browned and drained), 8 oz thin spaghetti (cooked al dente and drained), 1 oz taco seasoning, 2 cups salsa, 15 oz Can Refried Beans and 1 cup taco style shredded cheese in a large bowl.
  • Spread your mixture in a lightly greased 9×13 casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup taco style shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees, turning your insert halfway through the baking time if your oven does not cook evenly.
