My dear readers, you are gonna want to try this Low Carb Saucy Crock Pot Chicken recipe. It is amazing! We owe a great big thank you to reader Lynette W. for this delicious recipe. She commented on my Crock Pot Garlic Chicken Thighs about some additions she made to my recipe for a yummy sauce, and boy oh boy was she right! It is so yummy!
So, if you have read many of the recipes around here, you know that I have the nickname of Carb Queen. So, you might be wondering, why in the world is the Carb Queen posting a low carb recipe?! Well, folks, it is so good it even has the Carb Queen’s stamp of approval! ๐ If you would like to serve this over noodles, it would no longer be low carb, but it would be delicious!

What You Will Need
Ingredients Needed
- 2 lbs chicken tenders
- 1 stick butter, divided
- 1/2 cup butter, divided
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro leaves
- 1.5 cups shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Equipment Needed
- Butter knife
- Cutting board
- Measuring spoons
- Measuring cups
- Medium bowl and mixer or stand mixer
- 4 quart slow cooker
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cooking Time: 4 hours on low or 2 hours on high, stirring halfway through

Low Carb Saucy Crock Pot Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken Tenders
- 1/2 cup butter divided
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1.5 cups Shredded Parmesan
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium/high heat.
- Brown all of your chicken tenders, about 3 minutes on each side.
- Using a mixer, combine your remaining ingredients and spoon over the top of your chicken
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, stirring halfway through
