How to Make Pork Steak with Gravy in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

Michael originally created this recipe years ago, and it was so good! So I thought I would give it a try again with some pork shoulder steaks I found at the store. This Crock Pot Pork Steak with Gravy recipe is just as tasty as I remember it.

If you are new to cooking, or just scared of cooking, do not let the ingredient list fool you. This is really simple to make and comes together in less than 10 minutes. Then the crock pot does all the work. These pork steaks are fork tender and have an incredible flavor. This is a recipe that you can do. I promise. Just breathe and take it step by step.
