How to Make Ranch Corn Chips in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

These Ranch Crock Pot Corn Chips are a great way to have a special snack without a ton of effort. They are also something you can make pretty inexpensively by using generic corn chips, butter and ranch dip mix. When remaking this recipe, I took into account that many newer slow cookers cook extremely hot. So, I thought I would see if they can be made on low instead of high. It worked out really well!

Check out what a couple of our readers have to say about this delicious recipe:

Reader Kelsey M. says: “Easy, salty, and tasty! Definitely needed stirred a few times throughout cooking, since they got brown on the bottom, but would have burned if left alone. Really good flavor and not overpowering. Still has that kind of greasy, tender corn chip flavor. Really good!”

Reader Mawmaw says: “Just tried this recipe it still has 30 minutes in crockpot but my Grandson and I cannot stay out of it!! A keeper for sure. I did add some cheese crackers and adjusted butter and seasoning quantities. Thank you for sharing.”
