How to Make Sloppy Joe Mac Casserole in an Oven

Aunt Lou here.

If you love our reader favorite Crock Pot Sloppy Joe Noodle Casserole, you are in luck! While it is great as a crock pot recipe, we realize that you may not always have time for a crock pot recipe. So, now you can make this delicious casserole in an oven with this Sloppy Joe Mac Casserole.

An easy way to make the prep for this recipe (and any recipe using cooked ground beef) super easy is to use our Crock Pot Make Ahead Ground Beef. You can just heat it up while your macaroni is cooking and the oven is preheating. Easy, peasy!

When serving this casserole up, you can either serve it up just as it is or with some extra shredded cheddar cheese. I had some in my house that wanted it with extra cheese and others who did not want any additional cheese. Michael even tried adding some corn chips to his and really enjoyed it. You can eat it as is or dress it up as much as you like!
