My favorite summer meal idea is to make Italian Beef in the crockpot. It is a favorite of ours and is also very tasty!!! Crockpot recipes are good for summer and cause less heat in the kitchen, plus they are usually dump and go recipes!
I make your crockpot Mississippi roast, butter cabbage and corn on the cob at least once a month during the summer. Everyone loves it and I donโt heat up the kitchen! Thanks so much for the recipes, please keep them coming

I cook pinto beans. My daughter, myself, and my granddaughter 12, love them. Keeps us on our budget. No unnecessary heat in our hotbox. Our upstairs apartment.
I my go to.year round is roast beef, onions, carrots, potatoes in my big crock pot. Alway able to feed ourselves and guests! We use no salt in seasoning. Garlic and Herb and a bit of garlic.powder. put the veggies on the bottom. Don’t add liquid.

Chicken thighs seasoned with salt and pepper only cook on low all day. Very very good and simple.
