We have two favorite summer recipes, grilled asparagus and grilled cabbage. Lightly coat the asparagus with olive oil, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and grill. Cut the cabbage into wedges, drizzle with melted margarine, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and real bacon bits. Wrap in foil and grill. Keeps the heat outside.
I loved discovering how many desserts can be made in the crock pot. I like to bake and not having to heat up the whole house with the oven is such a blessing. Thanks for all the fun ideas!
