Meal Planning on a Budget

Aunt Lou here.

There are so many things to do each week and only so many hours to do them in. I completely understand that it can seem a bit daunting to figure out a meal plan or you may not have the mental energy to do one. So, I hope that this weekly menu can help you out. With Budget Meal Plan: Week 38, you meal plan is done while saving you money!

For this week’s Budget Meal Plan, we are going to use a very simple money saving technique. It is one that I actually use quite a bit, because I am always looking for ways to save money. We are going to use recipes that have fewer ingredients. Each of the recipes in this menu, both side dishes and main dishes, all have 5 ingredients or less. With using recipes with fewer ingredients, on top of ingredients that cost less money, you can save money on your grocery bill for this week. Not only are you saving money, you are going to have some delicious meals to serve up for yourself and your loved ones!
