A family favorite around here is the 3 Ingredient Crock Pot Chicken recipe. However, as much as I love my crock pot, I realize that there are times when you forget to put a recipe on early enough in the day or you do not have the ingredients at your home and need to run to the grocery store before you can put it on…which again means you will be putting your recipe on later in the day. That is where this 3 Ingredient Chicken recipe for your oven comes in handy!

There are so many ways you can serve this recipe up. You can serve it over rice or noodles or on its own. Whatever way you decide to serve it up, it is sure to please!

A little tip, do not skip the stirring step. Your chicken will try to stay together. Part of the reason you cut it up is so it will cook more quickly. If it all sticks together, it will not cook as quickly. Also, remember that everyone’s oven cooks differently. If you know your oven cooks hot, check your chicken a few minutes earlier.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken cubed
  • 1 oz gravy packet
  • 1 oz ranch packet
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400
  • Place your chicken in a 2.5 quart casserole dish
  • Mix together your gravy and ranch packets with your water and pour over your chicken
  • Put your dish into your oven for 30 minutes, stir your chicken and place back in your oven for 10-15 minutes until your chicken reaches safe internal cooking temperature
  • Serve over rice, noodles or by itself
