How to Make Buffalo Ranch Chicken Dip in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
So I was looking through the comment on our Crock Pot Buffalo Ranch Dip the other day and saw a comment from Reader Richard B. asking about chicken in the recipe. While the original recipe did not have chicken in it, that was easy enough to fix. So now you have this yummy dip!
This one is a little weird to stir while cooking because you have the full pieces of chicken in there while you are stirring it. However, since you are only using a pound of chicken, there is plenty of room for the chicken to move while you are stirring everything else. You will want to stir it so that your cream cheese does not stick to the side of your crock pot. If you happen to let it go too long and a place or two start to turn brown, do not scrape that section off and into your dip. Just stir around it. That way the browned up part on the side of the crock pot doesn’t end up ruining the whole batch.
