How to Make Meatloaf with Gravy in an Oven
Aunt Lou here.
This Meatloaf with Gravy Oven recipe is amazing. I am so glad Momma created this recipe and shared it with me. I am seriously in awe of her genius in the kitchen (and life…let’s give credit where credit is due…she is amazing!).
We have heard from reader’s on other recipes that they have had difficulty finding Beefy Mushroom Soup at their stores. So, I have tried this recipe with both Beefy Mushroom Soup and Golden Mushroom Soup. While the second is a thicker soup, both are delicious in this recipe!
This recipe is straight up comfort food. You have not only a delicious meatloaf, but a wonderful gravy all in one dish! As an added bonus, this recipe is simple enough that you can make it even if you are new to cooking and/or have never cooked a meatloaf before.
