How to Make Creamy Bacon Ranch Chicken in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
We really enjoy my Crock Pot Creamy Ranch Chicken in our house. One of our readers, Lynda B. mentioned she added bacon to the original recipe. I loved that idea and decided to give it a try. The addition of bacon just gave the recipe a whole extra dimension of flavor. It was absolutely delicious and had my family asking for more.
This recipe is super simple to throw together. Minus the bacon, it is basically a dump and go recipe. You do have to cube up a block of cream cheese, but that takes all of 20 seconds. If you know you aren’t going to have enough time to fry your bacon when prepping this recipe, you can make your bacon ahead of time (when you do have time to fry up bacon) and just pull it out of the fridge when it is time to put your chicken on.
