How to Make 4 Ingredient Pork Chops in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

The original version of this Crock Pot 4 Ingredient Pork Chops was pretty simple to make, but I made it even easier by changing it into a dump and go recipe. This is a great recipe for when you do not have very much time for prep. What is great is that you do not have to sacrifice taste just because you do not have a ton of time.

As you all know, I love doing things are cheaply as possible. Honestly, I do not buy my pork chops at Walmart. I buy them Ruler, which is the discount grocery store of the Kroger store brands. I am not endorsing one store over another. I just know that I can get a 20 oz. pack of five center cut pork chops at Ruler for $5.00 without a sale. They also have these packs at Jay-C. If you do not have a Ruler or Jay-C near you, I would try checking out a Save-A-Lot, Aldi or similar type grocery store to get your pork chops. These days, I really appreciate saving money any way I can.

Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. It was a big success. The chops were so tender and the gravy was perfect over homemade mashed potatoes.
