How to Make Apple BBQ Pork Chops in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
I love an easy recipe. Some may call me lazy for this, but others might call me smart. Either way, I am always trying to come up with ideas for recipes that are quick to throw together, but ones that provide a delicious dish at the end. I think this Crock Pot Apple BBQ Pork Chops does just that! With only three ingredients, you can throw this together in just a couple minutes.
This recipe became an instant family favorite. From my youngest to my husband, everyone devoured their pork chops. I had a hunch that would be the case since this recipe is based off our another favorite of ours, Crock Pot Apple BBQ Chicken. As with the chicken recipe, you get amazingly tender meat with a flavorful sauce. It has just the right amount of sweetness from the apple butter to blend with the tangy flavor of the bbq sauce. We love it, and I hope you do too!
