How to Make Blueberry Cinnamon Roll Cobbler in a Slow Cooker
Aunt Lou here.
This Crock Pot Blueberry Cinnamon Roll Cobbler is a variation of Cris’ Crock Pot Cinnamon Roll Cherry Cobbler. I thought it would be good, but had no idea how amazing this would be! SO yummy!
Ryder is a self-proclaimed blueberry hater. He never wants to eat anything blueberry flavored. When he saw this, he asked me what was in it. I told him berries, but didn’t specify which kind. I told him he had to try it first. He took one bite and said, “MOM! These are the best cinnamon rolls I have EVER had!” I agree son! This combination is divine!
Then we have Michael. He is not much of a sweets guy. However, when he tried this, he was hooked! His comment was, “That is phenomenal!” I agree with my dear husband.
Don’t worry. Little sister and mom (aka me ๐ ) didn’t miss out on the deliciousness. It was a hit all around. I have a feeling once this is gone there will be many requests for me to make it again and again!
One of the great things about this recipe is that it is super easy to put together. I usually stack my rolls about 4 high and cut them into fourths to save time. Another great thing about this recipe is that it can be done in a casserole crock pot or a 6-quart slow cooker. So whatever kind of crock pot you have or prefer, you can use it!
This can be used as a dessert or a breakfast/brunch dish. My family is gobbling it up any time they get a chance! lol This would be a huge hit at a potluck or party!
