How to Make Cherry Spice Dump Cake in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
A while back, I made this Crock Pot Apple Spice Dump Cake. Everyone in my house loved it. When I went to check and see if we had tried this yummy recipe with cherry or peach, I found that we had not! I knew I needed to fix that right quick. I did not really have a preference for which I tried first, because I know both will be fantastic! However, my store was out of peach pie filling and had cherry in stock. So, cherry it is! I really think you are going to love this Crock Pot Cherry Spice Dump Cake!
The flavors of the spice cake really change the taste of this recipe from a traditional dump cake that uses a white or yellow cake mix. The mix of the spice cake with the cherry pie filling is incredible. As an added bonus, your home is going to smell amazing! We like to serve this with vanilla ice cream. However, it is good with or without the ice cream, so that is totally up to you.
