And recipes like this one are a big part of why! If you need a little convincing that Fall has some good points, try this casserole out. It will be hard to not love Fall after digging in to this delicious casserole!

Crock Pot Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Casserole Recipe
Crock Pot Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Casserole
Ingredients
- 21 oz can pumpkin
- 24 oz refrigerated cinnamon rolls icing reserved (2 - 12 oz tubes)
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Spray your casserole crock pot (or 6-quart crock pot) with cooking spray.
- Cut cinnamon rolls into fourths place in a single layer on the bottom of your casserole crock or place a first layer in a traditional crock. (reserve icing)
- Spoon pumpkin over the top, then sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice (continue layering cinnamon rolls then pumpkin then spice if using a traditional crock if needed).
- Cook on low 2½ to 3 hours until sides are golden brown and rolls are set.
- Drizzle your icing over the top of your casserole
- Serve warm
