My life is hectic like so many others, so when I look for a recipe, I prefer dump and go recipes. I love being able to throw together a yummy dinner for my family without any prep work…because, let’s face it, dicing, frying, etc with a two year old begging “Come play wiff me!” and an infant crying for attention is a bit of stress.

I love it even more when I find a dump and go recipes that are so delicious that we can come back to them time and time again. Michael has told me on more than one occasion that is okay by him if I make one of these recipes every day of the week.
