How to Make Easy Cilantro Lime Corn on a Stove Top
Aunt Lou here.
This Easy Cilantro Lime Corn recipe is the perfect side to go with your favorite Mexican inspired main dishes. On top of being a wonderfully flavorful side dish, it is incredibly easy to put together and it cooks up quickly. I just love a recipe that checks all three of those boxes!
If you really love the taste of lime, you can serve this with a non-slotted spoon. However, serving it with plenty of juices really does amp up the lime flavor. When it is served with a non-slotted spoon, you still have plenty of lime flavor without it being super strong. So, serve it how you will like it best!
