How to Make Easy Creamy BBQ Pork on a Stove Top
Aunt Lou here.
We absolutely loved the crock pot version of this recipe. The original recipe is pretty quick for a crock pot recipe, but we understand there are time that you do not even have an hour for to get lunch or dinner on the table. This Easy Creamy BBQ Pork stove top recipe can be made start to finish in under 20 minutes. You are going to love it!
With using the canned pork, this recipe is super simple and incredibly fast. You will need to use two forks to separate the pork when you put it in your saucepan. Just keep in mind that the meat will break apart more as you stir it while it is cooking, so you won’t want to break it up completely when you are putting this all together.
If you need to serve more people, you can easily double or triple this recipe. You will just need a larger saucepan or pot to make sure you have enough room to stir easily without any of the ingredients coming out. As always, make sure you watch it closely the first time you make it to know how it cooks on your stove.
