How to Make Easy Creamy Corn in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
I am a huge fan of this Easy Crock Pot Creamy Corn recipe. It tastes great, doesn’t take a long time to make and the ingredients are not high dollar items. I am always looking for ways to cut cost and have only ever made this recipe with all generic brand ingredients. They work great.
In the original post, I used a small crock pot. I thought I would give it a try this time in a 6 Quart Crock Pot, since that is the most common size of crock pot people have. In order to use the larger crock pot, I use the double broiler method, and it worked great! (If you would like to see the original post of this recipe that uses block cream cheese instead of whipped cream cheese and a smaller crock pot, you can find it here.)
You do not have to take my word for it about how wonderful this recipe tastes. Plenty of our readers have voiced their opinion about how much they love this dish.
Reader Lu says: โGreat, not just plain corn that people want to bypassโ
Reader Tina says: “Made the creamy corn last night with dinner. My husband told me to put 5 stars by this one. I can make again, and again. I used my 1.5 qt. dip crock because it is just for the two of us. It was delicious.”
Reader Gina says: “Very good and easy to make๐๐๐”
Reader Ecfinn says: “Thank you for this great, easy recipe. It is officially my familyโs favorite holiday side dish. I make it vegan with vegan cream cheese and vegan butter and it turned out great. Omnivores, as well as vegans, wolfed it.”
